The single best exercise is being chased through the woods by a Grizzly. If you survive, you will have had the best workout of your life. So... turn the lamest workout session into the workout of your life by incorporating High-Intensity Intervals. Exercise at the max of your ability for intermittent bursts. You'll do more in less time and it turns even mundane exercises into something better all around. (Please do work up to it slowly so as not to cause damage to yourself.)
