Aquafit might be your answer - good work out without the strain on the feet and legs - also some good chair based exercises on this site!

Do you have a senior center in your area? I'm not asking your age, but the senior centers sometimes have programs for exercising with limited mobility. Our senior center has at least 2 programs daily. A doctor's note allows anyone with limited mobility to join in these programs.

I'd recommend joining our new Limited Mobility Challenge:

You should find lots of good ideas there.

Ok, here is the dilemma! What if I am limited to exercise because not able to do much because of having bad legs. I am unable to walk for a very long time. I have metal in the bottom of my foot so I am unable to do anything that puts any sort of pressure on the feet, due to having a tumor removed. Anyone have thoughts on some exercise regiment that will help me get some calories, fat, etc. burned off?

Thanks Spark Friends emoticon
