If it's a challenge I need to focus on every single day (such as no carb snacks), I've set the length to 99 days.

I always have one going just to keep me focused on various areas that need frequent reminders.

I love them! But then I love Spark points too! Ha! I set up them up three at a time - the maximum.

I like it because it gets me to focus on basics. I almost always customize the time. I usually set the 10 minute exercise up to 20. I am now scheduling them for 14 days instead of 7 so I won't have to set them up every week.

I have to say my favorite is the goal challenge. I know to go to it in the morning, which prompts me to set my daily goals ... and to stick with them.

I've done all of them. I also really like the Exercise Feats! I can really rack it up when you get 3 "feats" for the first 10 minutes, then another for each additional 10. A fun little twist.

The challenges are useful for getting me to focus on one item of fitness at a time. I find the 10 minute exercise and eat the rainbow mini challenges the most help (I don't have any problem consuming enough water). It's an easy and fun way to track. I haven't customized a challenge yet; I've done the "eat the rainbow" twice, the 10 minute exercise twice, and drink water once.

I'm interested in hearing how folks are using the SparkChallenges.

I set one up that to encourage me to do 10 minutes of fitness before lunch. Kind of a gentle daily nag.

PS: If you're not using them, no need to respond -- I'd be disappointed to have this thread turning into a game posting of yes/no.
