@HEALTHCARE10, when you say we, to whom are you referring? Another question I have regarding your post is why would anyone want to eliminate the constant feeling of satiation? I think it would be a good thing to not be hungry, wouldn't it? I would also add that following blindly is kind of difficult where losing weight is concerned. If it's working and is not harmful, that's not following blindly, that's being successful. On the other hand, if it stops working or is untenable to the person following the Keto diet or any other eating plan, they will simply stop following it and try something else. It's just human nature to seek success, isn't it?

I doubt that 42 carbs is going to get you into ketosis. I'm also curious what you are eating within 42 carbs that is giving you 40 grams of fiber? Regardless, I would also recommend you check out the Spark Team for keto diets.

You might want to give one of the Keto/Paleo teams a try and maybe get a better answer since most of the people on SparkPeople use the Spark method which isn't keto. Try this one:
