What else is going on in your Life? Sleep? Illness? Stress? Gardening? Chasing kids? Changes in eating?

Everything you do will have an effect on your endurance and muscle strength.... Just back off to what is comfortable, and keep at it. Nothing is Linear in Life--LOL

I progressed on my bench press for 2 sets of 8 (did 1 set of seven then second 5 then last 4 last week) then the third set i could just couldnt do more than one rep. I deloaded then still couldnt get in 4. Why did i progress for 2 sets then what it seems like regress for the other 3?
