I sit at a desk all day, so I make a point to get up about every hour and walk around, even if it's just to fill up my water bottle.

Aside from that, I workout before work (I have to be at my desk by 7am) and on the weekends, and a few days a week I do yoga in the evenings with DH after we put the kids to bed.

Take life one day at a time - enjoy today before you worry about tomorrow.

I work an office job and have no problems staying active. I get up early to get my workout done. Four days a week, I do 60 minutes of cardio and/or strength. I walk during my breaks; my goal is to get at least 2 miles in during my 30 minute and 2 x 15 minute breaks. Some days, I do another 30 minute workout after work as well.
