Yes, you can tailor it to your needs and do it by miles if that is what you would prefer since you have already worked up to that.

hi emoticon I am almost done with completing the" 30 day walk my way"? challenge and was thinking about doing the "30? day walk this way" but it starts off walking 15 min ( i believe its 15 min) and i was thinking maybe i could just continue walking 3 miles three times a week and incorporate the other stuff (example -like strength,etc) that it show if you think that is ok then should i just click complete for the walking ?
