Adding to the other suggestions, but if it's possible, see if you can get a referral to a Physical Therapist from your doctor. They can evaluate your mobility issues and also provide recommended physical activity within your means.

Hi Everyone. Because of 3 knee surgeries and limited use Do some walking weather permitting and usually about 20-30 minutes at a slower pace There will be no further improvement as I had the surgery almost 4 years ago Is there someone who could direct me to a site with sitting exercises that I can do.or mild exercises .I used to ride my bike but I can no longer do that either. Still I am so grateful that I can walk and get around.Thanks for any help with this it is greatly appreciated.
