Walking an hour a day on my treadmill.

I setup my laptop and watch documentaries as I walk. I'm hoping that exercise will make me smarter as I lose/maintain weight.

Thirst can be mistaken for hunger.

I have been doing this workout that I used to do years ago. It's an hour long workout called "Cory Everson Total Body Workout" (It's from 1992 or 1994) It moves pretty quickly but it's a great workout and it has a step section. Additionally you can get a good laugh seeing the outfits! www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9PK9QNkEh0
I also use fitnessblender. If you go to their site (as opposed to youtube) you can choose the time, difficulty, type of workout etc. that you want to do. It's free.

I've been a real blerch about going to the gym, so I bought an exercise step to make myself exercise at home. What are your favorite workout plans or videos?
