I am 73 and have a lot of bone problems, so I have been making excuses not to exercise. I read on Sparkpeople " don't think of what you can't do , think of what you can do". I realized I had been trying to do the same exercises I did when I was younger and healthier, so I made a new plan that includes walking with my walking sticks, sit and be fit and some stretches before getting out of bed. I am doing fine with this and will see where it goes. Perhaps it will improve my health. Thanks Sparkpeople.
