I'm guessing this will work with any exercise you can Google a result for. I found the little "enter your own exercise" tab and put in my specific hourly burn for the exercise in question. My example is Leslie Sansone. She and others have an estimated burn per hour for her videos that are based on more specific criteria. So I used the title "Leslie Sansone, 200 Lb Male 300 CPH". Then I just enter the time and base the calories burned on the 300 Calories Per Hour figure. It's not as automated but is more closely based on your actual numbers. I'm guessing you can really do this with any exercise you're not sure of or that you can't find on SparkPeople?

The option for "Aerobics, general, low impact (including Walk Away The Pounds)" is the best option for that if it's cardio. If you're doing something else with Jessica Smith, then you'll want to find the equivalent to that. I have a question. I do watp on YouTube and Jessica Smith on YouTube what do I add them as? Usually I'll just do watp or cardio ( it's listed as cardio including Leslie sansone)

I would track it as "Strength training (body weight) exercises" OR "SparkPeople: 10-Minute Pilates Thigh Workout (Coach Nicole)."

I just did Jessica Smith's "Best Inner Thigh Exercises" workout video.
How do I count it on my tracker?
I thought since it was recommended in a spark article It might be in the tracker, but I couldn't find it.
