How is your nutrition? That is the single most important piece of healthy living. Have you started using your nutrition tracker here on SparkPeople (SP)? If not, I encourage you to do so. Track everything, and I mean everything (every bite, lick, sip, et cetera) you consume.

After two two three weeks, review it. Are you staying within your calorie and macronutrient (protein, carbs, healthy fat) ranges? Are you consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables (6 to 9)? Are you drinking 8 8 ounce glasses of water. Are you getting enough fat or too many carbs?

Once you review what's going on, set one or 2 baby step goals. For example, if you are only drinking 3 glasses of water, set a goal to increase by x glasses for x number of days until you are getting sufficiently hydrated. Another example: how many fruits and vegetables are you eating? Say it's 3 servings daily. Set a goal of 6 to 9 servings (1 serving equals 85 grams or 3 ounces) per day and slowly increase til you hit your goal.

Once whatever goals you set become habits, look at new ones.
