You mentioned in your other thread (in the Diet and Nutrition board) that you only eat 800-1200 calories daily, and that you work out for 90 minutes a day and do no strength training. So, yes, you are doing something wrong. You are NOT providing your body with sufficient fuel for your activity level, and you are not regularly strength training. Doing both of these things will help you bust through that plateau and change your body's composition. Increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat will help you work toward the body you want.

I'd also recommend that you start working on self love and self acceptance NOW, because I can tell you from experience that reaching your goal may not change how you feel about what you see in the mirror.

Oh, and stay away from supplements. They're a waste of money at best and highly dangerous at worst. Real, healthy food and hard work will help you reach your goals if you stick with it.

Thanks for your reply, @REACH4THESKY66 ^_^
I was actually thinking about trying out this guarana supplement, which is supposed to increase energy levels and help with metabolism,so... Fingers crossed.

I would say if your body is changing shape, you are doing fine. Now if you go a solid month and nothing changes (inches, weight, fitness), then I would change up something - different exercises, try more calories or less calories.

I really hope it'll go back to normal. Because, I know my body's capable of handling that much change and I know how thin I was before, so I'm just hoping to go back to it, to regain my self confidence.
Thanks, for your response ^_^

Nope. Probably just a plateau. Keep at it. And remember your body will only change as much as your build will allow. emoticon

I'm not really struggling with weight loss, fitness or nutrition, at least not any more, just the results aren't exactly what I thought they'd be.
So this summer I was consuming a lot of vegetables and fruits, along with an occasional bag of chips, ice cream or anything else high in carbs. :D But I actually lost 13 pounds.
So as the autumn started I figured, I should cut out the carbs and sugars to as minimal as possible, but I actually gained the weight back, which, anyone else would be depressed about, but I'm gonna keep on going no matter what.
And right now, I'm in my best nutrition ever. You know, high-protein breakfast, I cut out all the lactose-based products, because I'm allergic, as well as yeast and stuff like that and the only sin I allow myself is chocolate, I drink plenty of fluids, I exercise daily by jogging for an hour and doing pilates for half. But the thing is, the only change I see so far this month is that my stomach is flatter than ever before, no abs yet, but soon will be, I'm sure. And my biggest "insecurity" is my thighs and bum, because, they're not getting any muscular, which I don't want, because I prefer lean looking shape, but it doesn't seem like they're getting thinner either and my weight is still the same (64,5kg / 141lbs) as it was a month ago, even though since then I've changed a lot.
Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?
