After my 6 months off from exercising, I really understand what modification is. I joined a gym today and I am soo out of shape. So modification is the key until I get stronger. Besides patience is a virtue right?

At this point in my life, my motivation is to feel good more often than not, and to be able to do the the recreational things I love to do, even if it means modifying how I get it done.
