Do you know what's causing the soreness? Has this been a recent problem or more of an ongoing issue? The best thing you can do is figure out why the soreness is happening so that hopefully you can fix the issue.

I've been doing some sparkpeople mobility excercises and I was wondering
if there was one for stretching you back so it's not so soar.
