Yes I always work out indoors rarely do I ever workout outdoors. I do have hay fever so maybe that's where the chest tightening is coming from. But I totally feel much better tho :) Ive tried working out meditation but nothing really does any good but I did buy a water fountain from Earthbound trading company last month maybe that would help to put water in it I also got some salt lamps too.

Lu,

Please, please, please get to a doctor and have an EKG done.

The symptoms you're describing - tightness in your chest, dizziness, motion sickness and feeling pain with your heartbeat (feeling like your heart is throbbing in pain) - are all symptoms associated with FEMALE heart attacks. We don't have the same heart attack symptoms as men, and the only way to rule it out is to get an EKG or other heart-specific bloodwork and other labs done. Don't wait! Get to an urgent care, and don't let them tell you "it's just stress" until the EKG says there isn't something else going on.

I'm sorry to hear all that you are going through! Unfortunately, there isn't much any of us can really offer for advice on that. Because of the symptoms you describe, it would truly be best to talk with your doctor about that to make sure there isn't something more going on, especially the chest tightness, motion sickness, and throbbing pain in your heart. I would be very cautious taking any advice from anyone other than a dr/health professional as those things can be very serious and there may be other underlying conditions causing those things.

In general though, what are you doing to relieve stress? Have you tried yoga or meditation? Those are helpful for many people, but I know it is different for others. We do have this article that has a lot of helpful stress relief tips that you may find helpful overall: www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?post=eve

Stress can cause a lot of problems for us and if it continues on like it is, it can manifest other issues for you, so I would encourage you to find stress relief that works for you.

For the asthma-allergies, are you able to workout indoors? That may be your best option if the outdoors are causing you allergy issues.
