I'm not familiar with that brand... but if a recumbent bike fits your body frame, it will give you a decent workout.

I'm short, and have had problems with the comfort of the ones I've tried at the YMCA.... Some have too long of a frame to grasp the handlebars for me; Some of the seats---well, they just don't fit me (!)---and the idea of sitting on something that hurts for 30 min kind of takes the joy out of it.... Be sure that your legs can extend to the proper length so that your knees are "almost" not bent when you are at the furthest part of the bike stroke. Enjoy!

I just ordered one from QVC today. Does anybody here have one? If so, do you like it? Do you think its a decent workout?
