I have no idea what a DDP diet is, but what you describe is exactly what this website advocates.

Hi there! I was curious in knowing if anyone has done the DDP Yoga workout and diet - and if so, did you have success with it? If you did, did you also follow the strict DDP diet? I am only asking because I would prefer to stay around a certain caloric range per day (1300-1500) but not limit myself to not being able to eat certain things. Keep in mind this isn't because I am not willing to eat right, I do and want to. But I also have a history of an eating disorder, so restricting things altogether typically doesn't work out well for me historically. So does anyone have success following the DDP workout, but while also only keeping to a basic caloric diet regimen? Thanks for your help in advance!
