Since you have medical issues, you’ll want to talk to your doctor about what exercises are safe to try and what you should avoid.

Best of luck,

NO way we can advise you, because of your medical issues. Have your docotor and/or physical therapist make recommendations that take your condition into consideration.

Good Morning everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can possibly help me. I have a back and neck issue which is bothering me, but I want to work on getting my abdominal area back to the way it used to be. However, crunches put a strain on the neck and back. What would be some good exercises to add to my walking routine? Thanks. Have a great weekend. emoticon
