I was wondering if anyone can possibly help me. I have a back and neck issue which is bothering me, but I want to work on getting my abdominal area back to the way it used to be. However, crunches put a strain on the neck and back. What would be some good exercises to add to my walking routine? Thanks. Have a great weekend.
