Here's an article about improving your posture that you might find helpful:

I'd recommend tracking your food in the SparkPeople Nutrition Tracker to see how you're doing relative to your recommended calorie and nutrient ranges. Then you'll know where you might need to make some changes.

I am 18 years old, my height is a bit short and its 5 foot 4 inches, my weight is 67 KG. (148 pounds).

There are 2 things i want to do, i want to loose weight and reach 60 KG (130 pound) and i have a a rounded shoulder posture and i want to correct posture thats causing some of my low height, please suggest which exercise i should do on daily basis?
Currently, I use android application "Loose weight in 30 days" and do each days exercise from it, current i have done day 5. And in addition i do 5 sets each 30 second of Reverse plank and i heard it improves posture.
I Got one major problem. I Cant diet. I live outside home, where food isnt my choice but usually its light food 3 times a day.
I have stopped taking following things which i could:
1: Soda drinks (Pepsi, coke etc)
2: junk food (chips etc)
3: any additional sweet things.
But Fun fact since i am living here (5 months happend) i havent gained any weight, so it might not be problem.
