You should be doing some form of cardio and some form of strength or resistance training several days per week. Without knowing what you are doing right now, what your fitness level is, and what you like to do for exercise, it's impossible to make more detailed recommendations.

Hi,
I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. Despite, I set my daily exercise routine, i am not satisfied what i am doing, so i really want hear from you, what should i do as a daily routine exercise. Many thanks.
