I find crunches on the floor to be very difficult for me. However, I get a really good workout while doing crunches in a chair. I sit on the edge of my chair and, keeping my tummy tucked in, I lean way back, until I brush against the back of the chair.
If I did these for 5 minutes, about how many calories can be estimated that I burn?
(I happen to weigh 250 right now). Do you suppose I can use the regular crunches to record my burn? Would it be close enough?
