If it's been a while, I'd recommend getting checked out by your doctor before you start exercising again. Here's a link to our Limited Mobility Lifestyle Center, where all of the workouts can be done from a seated position:

Hi,
I had lost weight and was happy but since the move to East coast and my Mom being sick. I've gain like 20 pounds back. I'm starting to keep track of what I eat on Sparkpeople again. I just need to get motivated to exercise again. It's kind of hard I rely on the wheelchair not that I can't walk I can. But say "lazy." I also have bad knee due to being overweight and no cartilage and fluid in both knees but the left is painful at times. I did a little bit of sit to be fit this morning. I have no energy at all and just a couch potatoes I could use motivation to help me move and get off my fat butt. BTW last night I walked in the mall and only stopped a few times. I tend to wheeze and from smoking and my asthma as well being overweight too.
