I have a power tower and use fitness bands every day. Also, I use some dumbbells and a bar now and then, just because they're there. I can't do any heavy weight due to hernias, so most of what I do is light resistance with higher reps. I've got a Smith Machine, ten or twelve bars and at least four hundred pounds of plates that haven't been used for several years and will soon be leaving to make space. Simple devices like resistance bands, door bars, body weight exercises, fitness balls, and my favorite machine of all time, the Tony Little Gazelle are more than enough unless you're training for athletics. You should do well with your setup. The idea is to lose weight and stay fit. Good luck!
