I am beginning a workout program with some mobility issues I guess you'd call them. I have a painful heel spur on one side and a bad knee on the other. I get up early and like to get a walk in first thing. That being said, it is too painful to take what used to be an enjoyable, head-clearing 2 mile walk around town. I started an in-home walking video of a mile at the moment that seems to be pretty low impact. I want to add in some work on an exercise ball soon.

I try to get my exercise in during the AM but am sometimes forced to the afternoon due to my schedule. I am fortunate I can work from home as needed and have a workstation right next to my incumbent bike so I work while I exercise!
