LOTS of walking because my college campus is big and my classes are so far from my dorm. 30 minutes on the stair climber, 20 minutes of free weights, and 5 minutes of eliptical!

Yes! This morning did 40 Min steady cardio at 75% max HR, Strength trained chest & triceps, then this evening did 6 miles of speedwork on the treadmill.

YES! I spent the morning wrestling with some STUBBORN ORNERY DEEP-ROOTED THREE FOOT HIGH WEEDS. It was close, but I won. I am tired and sore and cranky. See today's blog "What's With the Yardwork???"

60 minutes on the elliptical, 600 calories. 20 minutes lifting weights focused mainly on arms, chest and upper back, 10 minute stretch.

Circuit training of death:
Kettlebell swings x 15, 20lbs
Burpees with a pushup x 15
Seated single arm rows x 15 each arm, 25 lbs each arm
Plank x 1 min
Medicine Ball overhead slams x 25, 14 lbs
Versa Climber x 2 mins

Made it through 4.5 times in an hour, and then almost killed my trainer emoticon

did a 60 minute "core & more" class which is mat pilates based....great workout...will do 20 minutes of strength using my crossbow and bands....and a short yoga dvd along with some rumble roller myofascial release...

45 minutes of circuit training

‎4 sets with no stopping between - each set consisted of:
1 - Spin bike, two songs. 1st song fast cadence spin, 2nd song heavy hill climb
2 - 20# dumbbells, 10 curls each arm, 15 chest presses each arm, 10 triceps extensions
3 - Heavy bag - 10 jabs, 10 crosses, 10 combination jab/cross, 10 roundhouse kicks, 20 jab/cross peppers
4 - 20 crunches on bench
