who knew the gym was so addictive! i could stay there all day if i had the energy lol, but i stay for about 2 hours lol. today was 60 minutes on the treadmill did 7 km on there yeah me

was at the gym for 2 hours today, did 90 minutes on the treadmill and then i did some strength training. I did crunches and upper arm strength as well as thighs.

Mowed, pulled lots of weeds, cleaned house, and walked puppy for 20 minutes.

40 min on elliptical trainer (3.38 mi) using HIIT w/ 2.5 min intervals

15 minute walk to & from zumba class, then 15 min walk to & from drumming in the evening (if you work up a sweat, it counts), which is why 30 min of HEAVY DUTY cleaning counted today! emoticon

Awesome exercise, TOLLER43! Looks like I could follow your example and do more than "one" thing...

This AM I hopped out of bed and out the door for a 3.5 mi walk in 50 min. -- (I need to get some ST in, but I also just got back from the chiro. & am feeling like my body needs to benefit from the adjustment. Some definitely sore areas.)

I did 15 minutes on my Wii Fit Plus doing the free run (that's my training for the 5k emoticon) and I did a 10 Cardio Dance routine. And I tell you what... I did my 2 weeks worth grocery shopping with 2 kids and then had to unload it and put it away... that's a flippin' workout in itself!! HAHA!!!

Yes! I did part of the Ministry of Sound "Pump It Up" DVD - the 10-minute warm-up, 20-minute (super high impact!) Pump It Up aerobic section, the 10-minute "Bums and Tums" and the 15-minute cooldown. THAT is a workout.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!
