Awesome exercise, TOLLER43! Looks like I could follow your example and do more than "one" thing...
This AM I hopped out of bed and out the door for a 3.5 mi walk in 50 min. -- (I need to get some ST in, but I also just got back from the chiro. & am feeling like my body needs to benefit from the adjustment. Some definitely sore areas.)

I did 15 minutes on my Wii Fit Plus doing the free run (that's my training for the 5k ) and I did a 10 Cardio Dance routine. And I tell you what... I did my 2 weeks worth grocery shopping with 2 kids and then had to unload it and put it away... that's a flippin' workout in itself!! HAHA!!!

Yes! I did part of the Ministry of Sound "Pump It Up" DVD - the 10-minute warm-up, 20-minute (super high impact!) Pump It Up aerobic section, the 10-minute "Bums and Tums" and the 15-minute cooldown. THAT is a workout.
