yes - out the door in AM to walk 2.75 mi in 40 min (not especially fast today since it's warmer than it has been all summer -- 1st 90+ degree day in 2011 -- go figure!)
-- walk DID include some definite hills to climb!

Walked/jogged with my friend Brandy for 1 hour. It was her first time jogging, so it was a little slower than I normally jog, but still a good workout.

Yes, I did a burpee workout (or squat thrust workout). I only did 2 rounds and completed it in 34 minutes. Next week I'm going to try to do all 4.

I attempted the Less More Cardio workout on "ON DEMAND" She kicked my butt! OMG and I thought I was doing good. I need to do more classes and less treadmill and elliptical. Cardio workouts using your own body weight are challenging! I must succeed. :)
