I did 30 mins cycling and 30 mins on the elliptical today. :) Giving my running legs some rest this week.

My dog loves to walk every day so 2 mile walk and then some weight training...for me, not the dog!emoticon

excellent session with my trainer at bally's.....strength,core,and stretching.....I'll do some more stretching and yoga/pilates dvd this evening...

yes - did 40 mins on the treadmill with an incline ranging from 12-15 and speed of 2.2 - 3.2

yes I did! so far went for a 5 mile bike ride....later on = jillian michaels 6W6P followed by cardio at the gym and a yoga class

Bicycled around my yard (very hilly) for 10 minutes.
Walked/jogged for 20 minutes.

I did 40 minutes of core strength training and then did a great 2.5 mile hike in a hilly, wooded area that took about an hour. It was a great day.

Yes! I installed a 25' path - clearing the path, digging it out, installing 4" edging, putting down weed barrier and moving about 2 cubic yards of decomposed granite.

yepp! It was leg day:)

--Hack squat machine 4 sets of 10 with increasing weights... 180, 210, 230, 250!!!
--Walking lunges with 50lbs barbell on my shoulders walk the length of gym ~ 20 lunges then 10 squats at each end of the gym, did this 2x
--Leg extension 10 reps @100lbs then 10 on each leg @ 25lbs with a 2 second hold at the top. 3 sets each
--Hamstring curl 12 reps @ 65 then a round of walking lunges around the perimeter of the weight area ~ 45 lunges... 3 sets of each!
-- single leg hamstring curl 3 sets of 10 on each leg @ 30lbs
--glute kickback machine 3 sets of 10 on each side @ 100lbs
--seated calf raise 50lbs 5 sets of 25
--calf extension machine( don't know the real name) 5 sets 25 @ 130lbs!

Then spent the next 7 hours getting tan while washing and waxing my car, and doing up the entire landscaping in front of my house... EXHAUSTED!
