30 minutes on recumbent bike, weight workout for arms and legs, then another 20 minutes on bike. I will get in another 30 - 45 minutes on the bike throughout the day.

Yes, I just finished. I did day 1 of the 1st week of C25K (couch to 5k). I actually did the whole 30 min. I have tried several times and this was the first time I made it through all of the running.
