I did 55 minutes on the bike (just over 8 miles) and man my behind hurts! It wasmy first time nd I think I had the setting set too high, back at it again tomorrow ;)

Yes and i think i'm trying to kill myself LOL

I did 55 minutes walking, 25 minutes riding my bicycle on the side of a busy road and 30 minutes on the Elliptical

I did 40 minutes of the Insanity DVD followed by 30 minutes of the treadmill (3 miles @ 6mph)

Was my non running day, so I did 75 minutes on the elliptical machine (last 30 minutes was HIIT), followed by light weights and core work.

It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses.

35 min cardio on stationary bike
60 min ST (full body) 2 rep of 13 exercises - tried the "slow count" of 1-2-3 up & 1-2-3 down. Definitely felt the burn more!

Yep, 20 minutes on stationary bike, 20 minutes on elliptical, and the 21 day body makeover workout. I also spent 2 hours working in my yard. Needless to say, I will sleep like a babe tonight.
