Yes, I did 11 minutes of a Billy Blanks ABS work out - it's a 40 minute routine. I like this video because the first half of the Abs exercises are standing, the second half are the floor routine crunches, etc. Also mowed the lawn and did some weeding before it gets too hot.

I can't find the Bollywood routine here, anyone know where this video is?
