Yogalates.. lol. sounds like one of those fancy schmancy chocolate coffee drinks at Starbucks, But they put some kind of health powders in it or something to make it "good for you".
Sounds like you had a good workout. I just joined a gym. worked out on the machines,but haven't taken a class or tried the pool yet. Looking forward to both though

decided to take the day off from the gym. I read somewhere that you shouldn't go every day. I felt bad not doing anything so I tried one of the "at home" fitness videos on Spark. I have a "bad back" and have a hard time standing and or walking so I tried the 12 Minute Core Workout in the "chair classes." I thought, "12 minutes? Easy Peasy!" Uh no. Not nearly easy as I imagined. It was good. I felt like I actually did something. I'm going to get a better chair and do more workouts like this on my "Off days". emoticon

Yes!

Walked to & from the gym, where I did 30+ minutes on recumbent bike, 15 minutes on elliptical and leg work.
