Did I exercise today? I exercised more today than I did over the last 6 years. I started out doing the Biggest Loser cardio Max level 1 & 50 sit-ups 5 reps of 10, cleaned my house for 2hrs, then hopped on the treadmill and walked 1 mile and if that wasn't enough, I went ice skating (it had been over 20 yrs since the last time) with my husband for over an hour. Let's just say Motrin is in my near future, but it felt great and I want to keep it that way! I am so proud of myself!

Plan today 170 min. on elliptical 1100 caloriesemoticon , ST using 15 lb weight, stability ball, resistance bands for 60 min, 100 calories emoticon and 10 min stretching emoticon!!!! 1200 calories more or less! emoticon 240 min

Yes!!! 60 minutes on my stationary exercise bike. Burned just under 1,000 calories.

I just bought a stand to make my road bike into a stationary bike, because biking is one of my favorite forms of exercising and mother nature has not been letting me do it. I rode on my "indoor bike" today for a total of 20 mins. at a pretty good speed. It's not exactly outside getting the fresh air and seeing the sites, but it's a pretty good workout.
