Yes - gym was crowded so I thought for a moment I might not get to! 10 minutes on the stairmaster, 25 minutes doing jogging/walking intervals on the treadmill.

Yes. I went to the gym and spent 45 minutes walking the track (2 miles), then went up and down the flight of stairs 10 times. Went to the weight room and used free weights. Followed up with yoga stretches on a mat for another 20 minutes or so.
