Yes. I did the spin bike for 30 minutes and then did strength training for about 15 minutes.

figured that the 8pm yoga class might be cancelled (horrid weather), went to the Y for a pilates class...only two of us there, but no instructor.....will do a 25 minute yoga dvd and some other stretching here at home this evening....

Plan today 170 min. on elliptical 1100 claoriesemoticon , ST using 15 lb weight, stability ball, resistance bands for 60 min, 100 calories emoticon and 10 min stretching emoticon!!!! 1200 calories more or less! emoticon 240 min
