Yes. I did the spin bike for 35 minutes and then weights for 15 minutes.

NO! - I haven't been able to really "exercise" in 4 weeks (tomorrow) - I fell in my yard and BADLY sprained my knee and ankle and told it may be up to 3 months before I can go back to what I was doing (15-18 miles per week walking) - my knee feels OK, but my foot/ankle - Oww!. still can't put a lot of weight on it and dr just says "Give it time and don't rush". emoticon

Today is Sunday and I try to keep unnecessary servile work to a minimum. I did do some push-ups, crunches and upper body dumbbell exercises for a short while--it was the first time in a week. I hope to go for a leisurely walk to burn off some calories.
