Yes, I walked and did tons of errands totally 6.57 miles.

I walked, but made the mistake of asking my 82 year old mum to come with me. She couldn't walk as fast as I needed to to get my heart rate up, so I wasted a good hour and only walked 2 miles. Live and learn. At least it was a beautiful day and I got to spend an hour with my mum.

I did 1 hour of mat pilates at the studio; now I will do 35 minutes of an online BellyFit Earth mixed with belly dance routine off of my yoga ... because I'm tired from household chores ...

I feel like a piker...I went to work today, got home walked the Miss Sadie, fed her and Miss Kitty then left for a class that started this evening. I did walk from work to the library and back to work,appx 15 min round trip but...Tomorrow is a better day, I can get out and walk at lunch. Thanks for the inspiration all.

Yeah, I swam this morning which was the first time I've swum for a workout. Felt great even though my heart rate monitor said it wasn't a tough workout. I'm feeling it still. It also gave me such an endorphin buzz I've been bouncing around all day. :-)
