I did excercise today! I started Curves last friday (3x circuit), and yesterday was Curves Zumba (60 ming) and today Curves Zumba (60 min) plus my nightly power walk I just started last week of almost 2 miles (45min). I'm a bit sore, but if feels good! Loving this lifestyle change that my Dr. recommended!!!
