being cautious with my latest injury.....did some core...stretching, and some myofascial release using the rumble roller (25 mins).....then 10 minutes of restorative yoga...

new injury.....did something to my right forearm.......did do some core and legs...and some stretching....then 12 minutes of restorative yoga....not happy....hope it gets better quickly...

I would imagine you get a good workout with water aerobics laughtergirl, I have been doing my Zumba and trying to walk at least 20 minutes per day.

fairly new 45 minute group class at the gym (this is the 3rd week)....lots of core...lots of strength...lots of sweat....also did 15 minutes of myofascial release using the rumble roller..
