So far, did one session of my normal stretching, physical therapy, etc. exercises. I at least do one session a day which is good for me. They are not intense, but I am not used to exercising.
Hurt my foot and when it is better will start walking again. I also am going to start going to the health club. This time, however, I am not going crazy planning and organizing, but trying to just "do."emoticon I did another session after my bath this evening.

Only did a few squats for my pulled muscle and 20 push ups against the wall in the shower which I always do. Took a couple of days off of stretching...will begin again tomorrow, have been stretching twice day, morning and night for about a week, but sometimes I skip a day or two and get out of the habit. Also, am going to try and take a quick walk tomorrow around the complex. Always feel so much better about myself when I exercise.
