i jogged for 30 minutes, then did 20 minutes of aerobics from DVD this morning and walked for an hour later in the afternoon.

I did a varied 40 min workout in a park. There's 140 steps there and I went between running, jumping and side-stepping up them. I broke that up with some push-ups, triceps dips, squats and crunches, and ended with a run back home. I love exercising outside in summer :)

Went to the gym, did 25 minutes on a bike, then worked with a trainer to set up a new lower body workout (several types of squats and lunges, I'll hurt tomorrow), then finished by swimming for a bit.emoticonemoticon

I'm just starting after being inactive for... my whole life... I did a 15 minute circuit DVD Power Training by Jackie (gets the heart rate way up and works out every muscle you have) and then did 20 minutes worth of yoga from the 10 Minute Solutions Yoga DVD.

I'm traveling for work. The hotel fitness center sucks, so I walked 30 mins and then did an evening walk of 60 minutes. I tried to keep the pace up and I was sweeting by the end.

17 min on the treadmill doing walking/running intervals. I was having shin splints for some reason, so I had to stop early.
