I did a varied 40 min workout in a park. There's 140 steps there and I went between running, jumping and side-stepping up them. I broke that up with some push-ups, triceps dips, squats and crunches, and ended with a run back home. I love exercising outside in summer :)
I'm just starting after being inactive for... my whole life... I did a 15 minute circuit DVD Power Training by Jackie (gets the heart rate way up and works out every muscle you have) and then did 20 minutes worth of yoga from the 10 Minute Solutions Yoga DVD.

Plan on reaching my goal by the end of Summer 2010! Through hard work and spark motivation :o) I know life is to be enjoyed not regretted. Our decisions are our own, we must except the ones we make and live with them. So make them wisely :o)
