walk, April 23, I start a 30 day unlimited gym membership. I have a hip operation on June 1 in the hospital so will be no gym, therapy for a while afterwards & walking until it heals.

Health coach 3 month program starts March 12,every Monday by phone. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking and ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week . I hope to start yoga in April.

YES! Every morning at 4 AM. Year around patio stretches, deep breathing, and Tai Chi moves wearing a BIKINI for 5 to 15 minutes. Never miss a morning unless temperature is below zero. Then inside at 68 degrees for 30 minutes of a workout. I do yoga and pilates, and use 3 exercises only. Each one for 50 slow reps with brief rest inbetween. I repeat until about 30 minutes pass. I don't know names for them, but 1st one targets abs, 2nd addressing entire body with added moves by feet, elbows, and hands to relieve tunnel syndromes. So far avoided carpal, cubital, and tarsal tunnel surgery for 30 years! I finish with a side muscles strengthing move.

Gym & walking

Health coach 3 month program starts March 12,every Monday by phone. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking and ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week . I hope to start yoga in April.

did 20 minutes of pilates/ yoga...did my lower back exercises (15 mins), and 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights at the gym.....
