When I get to work I get here an hour early every day. Gives me time to go outside (weather permitting) and power walk for about 30 minutes.. so I did that this morning. This afternoon after work I'll jump on the treadmill for about 30 minutes. May even start picking up some weights and work the upper bod' today! Had a GREAT weigh-in.. and that is motivating.
