I exercised with my Wii today. I did about 30 minutes of the biking, hula hooping, stepping, etc. Then I had a Biggest Loser Challenge and weigh-in scheduled for today. Hehe! The challenge that I did really got me sweating in just a few minutes. Whew! I feel super motivated today and hope to get in a little more exercise later today.

I am so happy to live in San Francisco today..it was a beautiful day..cool and little wind. My husband and I walked to breakfast and did errands along the way...a great way to put activity into my weekend.
