If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
Definitely inside. I love to run outside but it's about 17 degrees here right now..higher in the day but with wind feels like 17 degrees. I was trying to run outdoors and got very sick a few weeks ago..so it's a boring old treadmill for me.
In our heated garage. House is too small to fit our treadmill and it's too cold outside. I can't tolerate breathing too cold of air.

The weather here is gray and drizzly, so on my way home from church I told my husband that I was going to do a Richard Simmons DVD and stay indoors. Came into the house, put on my sneakers, and walked for 55 minutes in the drizzle. Go figure! I guess it's becoming a habit. I may still put the Richard Simmons DVD on later for an additional workout!
