Walked 15 minutes one way, Ran/Jogged (with a couple of walking breaks) back home.

I biked up to my fitness center, walked on the treadmill at an extremely high incline for 60 minutes (burning more calories than if I was jogging), and biked back. I than preceded to mow the lawn which is technically counted as a cardio exercise.
