30 minutes of interval training on the elliptical. That was hard. I'm not sure if I burnt more calories (and I think I burnt less) since when I normally do the elliptical my heart rate runs in the mid-160s (which I know is high). This actually kind of forced me to stay in my target zone at the lower pace, so maybe it was good.
Also did 10 minutes on the bike.
