We have a lovely lake called Shelley Lake in Raleigh. There is a walking trail all around it that is 2 miles long. I saw lots of birds, a blue heron, mama geeses and LOTS of adorable baby geeses, shady trees all around, and my chihuahua and I walked the whole thing!

I try to get 2 miles on the treadmill everyday. My time limit is 40 minutes and I get my heartrate up. I try to jog as well
