30 minutes on my Gold's gym Crosstrainer 600 treadmill going between 3.0 - 4.0 mph (varied incline during total workout)PLUS an addition 5-10 min cooldown.
My cooldown is kinda fun and gives me something to look forward.... Before I get on the treadmill, I strap on my Wii 'numchuk' and turn on my Nintendo Wii 'Walk It Out' game so that as I am walking on the treadmill, the game & console still keeps track of my steps, miles and points...then, once I am finished walking on the treadmill (after the 30 mins is up)..I jump off and start walking in place (kinda like a cooldown) and start unlocking event capsules until my points are depleated.
Awesome cardio workout..and a really fun way to cool down.
Later this afternoon I will be doing my upper body strength training using dumbbells.
